Tuesday Morning Sketches #449

Hello and happy Tuesday once again!!  I really enjoyed creating my own background instead of just using paper for this sketch #449 at Tuesday Morning Sketches.  I was excited to try out one of the examples in a recent Jennifer McGuire video.  I used Close to My Heart Almond cardstock for my version of Kraft and the only 7 Copics that I own :) I love this CTMH Happily Ever After stamp set even more than I thought I would.  I also really love the Inspired Words set and use it a ton.

The second card was actually the first card I threw together real quick but, wanted to get a little more creative. I still like it but the "Ask Seek Knock" card is my fav. The only stamping Happy Birthday is a cute little $2.95 stamp from CTMH stamped on a pre-made Martha Stewart tag, and I think the paper is from Pebbles - got it at my LSS. I thank you so very much for stopping by, I hope you get to check out what our team and participants are creating this week!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #448

I know I say this ALL the time but HOLY COW, how can it be Tuesday again already???!!!

Here is what I made for our fun sketch #448 this week.  The CTMH Gold Shimmer looks so much better in person.  Try as I might you can see a little hint of it on my big close up but that's about the best I could do.

I thank you so much for stopping by and for some reason I'm extra excited to see what you all have made this week sooo without further ado here is my vertical version of our sketch ~  :)

Tuesday Morning Sketches #447

Good Tuesday Morning to you or whatever time you happen to be stopping by I hope it's great!  Only one card this week....darn!!  Was just so busy traveling and then once I got home I needed to recoup then Easter came along and we just spent the entire day at church and with friends having fun and I hope you did too.

This week for our TMS sketch #447 I used some of my newest papers with one of my oldest embellishments (the puffy tree) that I've hoarded for years along with a middle aged stamp :) it was so fun and easy I could have made these all day if I would have had a whole day to play.

I hope you get some play time this week to join us!!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #446

Happy Tuesday and welcome to my contribution to Tuesday Morning Sketches #446.  You may say I got a little carried away with this sketch, which surprised me because there were so many pieces I don't know what came over me!  It was just so fun.

If you have questions about anything I used let me know, I will get back to you but it will be a couple days because I will be busy traveling a little.

Will I see you at TMS this week?  I sure hope so :)  have fun!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #445

Sooooo good morning!  Do you feel like the last week was only a couple of days instead of 7?  I do!  I'm not completely happy with either of my cards this week for Tuesday Morning Sketches #445 but nevertheless less here they are.  The embellishments are from my old stash, the I just started rummaging through again.  I really need to get this stuff used up!!  Or maybe open my own store LOL

I hope you get to enjoy this great sketch and participate with us this week - I look forward to seeing your creation.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #444

Top o' the morning to you this fine Tuesday morning.  It's time for sketch #444 at Tuesday Morning Sketches.  The prize this week is a White Pigment Ink Pad from CC Designs.  One can never have enough white pads or pens or colored pencils etc.  I love white for so many crafting purposes!

This week I made a card with a specific person in mind who has a birthday in April.  I actually have a few April birthdays to get busy on but I thought that the Punny Pals from CTMH  would make a really cute gathering for this sketch.  The paper and embossing folder is retired Close to My Heart stuff.  I used Prima colored pencils for coloring and I also cheated (shhhhhhhh) I couldn't even begin to guess if I had a "From all of us" let alone where in my stash it would be so I just printed that out on my computer.

By this time next week I will be a mother of a 35 year old -- yikes yikes YIKES!!!  How did that happen???

As always I am so very grateful that you stopped by and I hope to see your wonderful creation over at TMS this week.

Have an amazing one!!

Tuesday Morning Sketches #443

Happy Tuesday once again!  It's time for another new sketch it's #443 at Tuesday Morning Sketches - I had so much fun with this I only wish I had time to make a few more.  I used my trusty ol' Creative Memories circle cutters and a sunshine cut from a CTMH Cricut cartridge.  The papers are Cute Girl again from Crate Paper. The Stamp is last month's CTMH Stamp of the Month.  I couldn't stop humming the song when I made this :)

The prize is this pretty Spellbinders die set. I'm looking forward to seeing what you create for our challenge this week!!

Thanks for stopping by!
